TMS320F28377s，输入时钟频率表（表5-7）里，f(x1)的两栏，“PLL enabled” 时的输入时钟频率为2-25MHz， “PLL disabled” 时的输入时钟频率为2-100MHz，这是什么意思呀？如果我选用的外部有源晶振是30MHz的，是不是就不能使用PLL来倍频和分频了？
