如图，标红线部分是啥，3个拨码分别是用来干啥的？
我问这个是因为我今天用这个开发板不知道怎么好像有点问题，还闻到了一股异味，在用的时候电脑就显示无法识别这个设备，我不确定这个开发板是否坏了
