dsp不能够烧写

 我现在遇到了一个DSP烧写的问题。工程能够通过CMD配置为RAM下载到DSP的RAM中，并进行相关调试。但是将CMD配置为FLASH后，执行烧写时，点击Execute Operationh后，就停在了进度条ERASE Operation这个位置，不再执行烧写。或者用TI例程中自带的flash，也不能够完成烧写，不能对flash的SECTOR进行檫除，请问怎么回事？
