如下图的表格中，TBCTR计数方向是单增时，为何还会发生CBD、CAD事件呢？这不相矛盾了吗？应该去掉吧

这个表格就是 向上-向下计数模式下AQ事件的优先级，你框住的那一列是向上增计数时的，最右边的是向下减计数时的。
OK，但我框住的那一列CBD、CAD在TBCTR单增时一定不会发生，为何要给它们排个优先级呢？
