How do I make the DSP28035 (or any other model) get a three-way Hall signal?

The DSP28035 Ecap input port is only 1, and the single brushless motor Hall signal output line has three, how should it be connected?

I want to use the DSP28035 to control two DC brushless band Hall motors (three-phase bipolar switch type Hall sensors), so where should I connect the 6 and Hall signal lines to the 28035 master chip? I now connect the Hall signal line to the input pin of the ADC. When I turn the motor, I can read two changes in the voltage value of the single Hall signal line 0 or 3.3V (oscilloscope observation is square wave, duty cycle 50%). How do I use this Hall signal? Use the ADC to read the voltage value one by one and then convert it to 0,1? I am very confused and hope to get your help。
