XDS 100V3,连接到芯片显示如下报错：
这个是什么情况，测了一下芯片的VDDIO,VDD和VSS之间都在2.7V以上，测的连接的线都是导通状态，
没有连接晶振，计划是使用内部的晶振，可能是这里的问题吗？
