Our customer has used this 379D kit before, and has its own related PC software to observe and analyse the related waveforms and data, and has been using it very smoothly.
Since that kit was used for many years, we replaced it with a new identical kit. Programmes can still be burned normally, but the use of the serial port for data transmission when the corresponding com port and can not be identified, at first we thought it was a computer serial port driver problems, the use of the F280025C development board connected to the corresponding line connection, the device manager in the device manager actually automatically recognised the corresponding com port, which makes us shocked.
So what could be the reason that the usb serial port and the 28379D plug-in board host software cannot recognise and transfer data, is there a new driver for the kit, or is there a problem with my connection cable?
