程序输出格式选择eabi(ELF)
当前C2000Ware目录只能找到4个lib文件：
F021_API_F28004x_EABI.lib
F021_API_F28004x_FPU32.lib
F021_API_F28004x_FPU32_EABI.lib
F021_ROM_API_F28004x_FPU32.lib
采用F021_API_F28004x_EABI.lib可以正常编译，但是占用FLASH 和RAM空间。因此需要使用ROM中的Flash Api
采用F021_ROM_API_F28004x_FPU32.lib进行编译时会报错：
