CD74AC14连接到28035的引脚，默认CD74AC14的输入引脚有大约1.9V的电压(不接28035的引脚)！
使用F28035的引脚输出低电平，想驱动CD74AC14的输入为低电平，但是始终不能将CD74AC14的输入引脚拉低，请问这是个什么问题？
测试一下不加CD74AC14时的电平
