TI的芯片，最好还是用TI的编译工具吧。CCStudio还是很好用的。只不过安装起来费劲，太大了。而且基于Eclipse，所以有点卡。
你也可以用Uniflash单独进行烧录，但是推荐用CCS + JTAG仿真器。
