需要要RTI产生中断后，进入中断处理函数的例子（我自己写了个，但是一直不能进入中断处理），谢谢！

请检查以下步骤：
1. 初始化rti：rtiInit();
2. 使能rti中断：rtiEnableNotification(rtiNOTIFICATION_COMPARE0);
3. rti开始计数：rtiStartCounter(rtiCOUNTER_BLOCK0);
4. 使能全局中断：_enable_interrupts();

我用的是你们RM48L950的开发板

rtiStartCounter(rtiCOMPARE0);
_enable_interrupts();
while(1);
}
调试时发现IntFlag=0x000000003，为什么就不进入中断处理函数呢？ 麻烦用HalCogen帮我生成一个例子，谢谢！
