RM42L432 板载仿真器XDS100V2可否用到DSP上？
如果可以的话请问需要在板子上做什么跳线吗？

理论上来说，XDS100V2是可以调试TI所有的MCU产品的，但是Rm42上面好像没有用这个JTAG调试外部器件的设置。
你需要在用JTAG调试时，断掉Rm42的供电，让它不工作，这样你才能用板载的JTAG来烧写其他的芯片。
