将其配置到spi模式时，在配置过程中，发现USIIFG默认情况下就是高电平，手册上说，当USIIFGCC为低电平时，写USICNT=8时，会自动清除这个标志位。实际单步调试时，发现并没有清除到这个标志位，请问这是为什么？
