MSP430F4152 功耗问题！

你好！

 我利用MSP430F4152 设计了一个很简单的电路。 当MSP430F4152 处于LPM3 时，电流为40uA !  现查不到原因！

在程序里已经考虑IO问题了， IO口不对外通过 电流的。 

是不是芯片坏掉了！
