请问各位专家，我用的型号是MSP430F6638，现在用IAR和仿真器识别不了芯片，请问如何在只上电，不烧写程序的情况下，判断该芯片有没有烧坏掉呢。
建议楼主上传实际的电路图，供大家分析。

这是JTAG电路，如果我按数据手册上连接（去掉几个上下拉电阻）还是不行。
这是复位电路，我担心电容太大，把电容改小了也不行
请楼主根据target board 检查原理图，严格按照参考设计测试。电容电阻按照target board 设计，47kohm ， 1nF。
楼主可以检测上电后Vcore的电压输出是否正常
