MSP430F67791: 仿真器连接不上器件

我使用FET430UIF在调试MSP430F1XX芯片都很正常，但是在调试MSP430F67791（REV A）的时候，一直连不上器件。能告诉我是什么原因吗，怎么样解决。我用的仿真软件是IAR Embedded Workbench IDE（5.60.5），
