项目需要，用到TI MSP430F5508，附件是我的F5508的电路图，上电后各点电压正常，13脚 VCORE有输出1.5V左右电压，用IAR 程序就是下不进去，感觉芯片没有工作起来，用示波器检测外围的两个晶振也没有起振，不知道是什么原因，请各位朋友帮忙看看是什么问题，谢谢！
