问题1，根据TI官网连接www.ti.com/.../slaa203c.pdf 打开后发现  在单相电表设计时，检流方案为什么在高电位侧检流？

近1的负载进行测量，功率因数<0.6的负载无法测量，或是误差非常大了。电流几乎小了50%。这是为什么？

（难道TI个msp430fe427a不能对真有效值进行测量？）
