这个芯片的工作温度范围为 -40~85°C，麻烦咨询下这个芯片的 最大结温( MAX Junction Temperature )是多少；因为我要做个可靠性实验，需要125°C下工作1000小时不出现不可逆故障，不知道这个单片机是否能抗住。
