请教 TI 工程师，

关于MSP430F5526的电源3.3V和1.8V的电源什么特殊要求吗？比如说纹波之类 的参数！

最近我调试的一些板子发现（用5V手机充电器供电，通过TLV70233和TLV70218得到3.3V和1.8V），有时候上电后，MSP430无法正常启动，需要反复上电后正常启动了！

用示波器测量5V充电器输出纹波较大，有时候到达300MV~400mV。
