正在使用MSP430F5336的BACKUP SYSTEM和RTC_B，一切功能正常，除了使用主电时，备电引脚上的电流（ Ibak )过大，达到了22uA左右。我把BAKCTL奇存器中的BAKDIS位置位，关闭BACKUP功能，电流仍然无变化。这是什么原因呢？
