现板子上有2个MSP430F248芯片，简称A和B。A和B通过串口向连接，并且A的一个IO口通过控制一个三极管去实现对B的复位。现在发现当A死机时，A的外部看门一直有200ms的方波，但是A一直不复位。当直接对B复位时，死机的A也会立即复位，请问这是什么情况。
