问题1：  msp430F67691 看管脚，与msp430F67691A相同。 那么带A的和不带A的具体有哪几个区别，是否能直接互换使用。   问题2;   msp67691 IPZR   的第16和第17管脚标注为"NC",  那么这个管脚在芯片外能否做接地连接。NC管脚外部如果接地（GND)了有什么后果。 谢谢
