自己做的TM4C1294板子能够下载程序，程序也能正常运行，但是以太网始终调不通。网络变压器部分的布线已经遵循标准的布线规则，而且可以保证所用元器件是没有问题的。
硬件是否有参考TI评估板，建议测试下网络变压器的性能，检测硬件连接配置，确认cpu是否有数据发出，使用网络助手检测下，包与包间发送数据的间隔是否合适
走TI的网络例程看看，通不上，肯定就是硬件问题了。
