MSP430F2011晶振不起振

如图所示，我芯片用的是MSP430F2011，使用的是3V的电压。接入32K晶振和9PF的2个电容后不起振。我也试过在2个9PF后面选择接地电路，也是不行。由于网上关于MSP430F2011实例实在太少。只能来这里求各位大神帮我看看 到底哪里出了问题
