你好：

我们使用的RM57L843控制器在上电自诊断后ESM模块报故，具体是ESM模块的SR3寄存器值为0x00000008，通过官方GUI图形化配置工具查看该bit为保留位，请问是什么原因造成这个问题的呢？

补充：通过外部复位按键复位POR管脚后再次自诊断则能通过不会报异常。
