TM4C1237D5PM 芯片的Sleep deepsleep hibernation这三种模式待机的电流各是多少？是不是只有hibernation需要32.768的时钟，这三种待机模式，怎么来唤醒？

32.768K的时钟是给Hibernation模块使用，其余模式不需要。
对于Sleep和Deepsleep的唤醒，芯片资料的System control中有详细的描述。
Hibernation的唤醒方法比较单一，不适用RTC时，只能通过wake脚的低电平唤醒；使用RTC时，也可以使用RTC匹配来唤醒。
