DRV8320: 模拟高边MOS短路芯片静态电流异常发热严重

Part Number: DRV8320
42V supplies power to 8320H. When DRV8320H simulates a high side MOS short circuit on the upper tube, it triggers the hort circuit protection and 8320H enters nsleep mode.
At this time, most of the functions of the driver IC have been disabled, but the actual static current has increased by nearly 50mA.
The measured current entering the driver IC from SHX is 17.7mA (connected in series to the SHX circuit using a multimeter). SHA, SHB, and SHC correspond to a total current of 17.7mA × 3 = 53.1mA.
However, reading the specification did not find a circuit that can generate this current. If the VM continues to short SHX, the driver IC will heat up to 130 ℃. What is the mechanism behind this phenomenon?
