DRV10983EVM: 将电机配置写入EEPROM提示电压应高于22V

我在使用DRV10983EVM GUI 时，准备通过eeWrite将配置写入寄存器，但是一直弹出如下提示

如果这里指的22V电压是EVM上P1处的Vcc，我能确定给到了超过22V的电压。

请问应该如何排除这个困难，将电机配置通过eeWrite写入寄存器。
