TPS5450如果做24Vdc输入 7V输出，电流最大可以做到几A,手册上写得是5A ,8A能做到吗，怎么计算

最大输出电流是开关限制的，这个芯片允许的最大输出电流是5A, 做不了8A.
你可以选择LM61480之类的芯片来做，或者借助TI webench选型也是可以的（从TPS5450官网，webench进入或点击“new design”后输入参数，就会搜索出合适的芯片）
