输入电压：5V，想让tps54620输出1.5V，根据公式Rtop = (Vout-Vref/Vref) * RBottom，确定Rtop =10K，RBottom=11.5K，但是输出不是1.5V，而是0.65V，不知道为什么，原理图见附件
亲；建议看看有没有短路。再量一下EN端电压。
