本人设计电路板，用tps65251为整个系统提供5V，3.3V，1.2V的工作电压，12V供电输入，在设计制板时，中间焊盘没有接地，调试过程中，在焊盘散热孔上飞线接地，然后通电发现5V和1.2V电压正常，3.3V电压测量是2.9V左右，3.3VFB反馈引脚电压是0.65V，片子发热量很大，过一会就过热保护，不工作了，我单独给三个电压供电，测得5V负载过电流0.1A，3.3V过负载电流0.5~0.7A，1.2V过负载电流0.4A左右，而另一块板子输出的电压都偏低，我想问下是什么原因造成的，有什么解决方案
