1.BQ76930 的REGOUT掉电的瞬间，TS1的使能会起作用吗？我们实测5.8mS后能够激活REGOUT，在REGOUT掉电的1~3mS内TS1高电平能激活REGOUT吗？
2.REGOUT需要掉电到多少V才能重新激活？
