现在用的是ME7660 问题是5v输入 带载能力差，输出达不到-5V 顶多-4.25V 负载电流大概在3mA以内.

你可以使用隔离模块DCP010505/DCR010505，将输出端Vout链接次级地，输出0V端相对于地为-5V。
你也可以使用其它隔离结构如fly-buck(TPS55010) flyback.
或者你可以考虑用buck芯片做buck-boost.
可以使用LM2841做Inverting Buck-boost，6Pin的应用比较简单
