As shown in the following schematic, there is no output. RT was adjusted from 13K to several parameters up to 33K, but the fault remains. With a 24V input and no load, the total current jumps briefly from 11mA to 8mA and then stays at 11mA. The VCC output is around 250mV. At the R5 position, both 0-ohm and open-circuit configurations were tried, but the fault persists. Please help analyze the cause. How likely is it a problem with the SMT components? Both of the two PCBA units installed show similar issues. 10V.pdf
