设计5V输入， 在使用TI LM27761输出±5V给OPA2991IDSGR供电时，发现输出的-5V有异常。给OPA2991IDSGR供电的正负电源上电是否有时序要求或者其他什么原因呢？

已经收到了您的案例，调查需要些时间，感谢您的耐心等待。
正负电源的上下电时序没有严格要求，但上电间隔过大也可能导致输出瞬间失调。建议检查一下外围电路，电容的选型焊接、电源纹波等。
