For BQ76907, are there any additional hardware design requirements for open-wire detection, and what is the recommended software detection flow?
According to the user manual, it seems open-wire faults are identified indirectly by the resulting cell overvoltage/undervoltage behavior. However, when multiple sense wires are open at the same time, the voltage changes can appear random. In that case, how can we accurately determine which specific sense line(s) are open?
