Dear TI Team,
I used the BQ25570 to design a board for energy harvesting from solar power, and I connected a battery indicator module in parallel with the battery port. After receiving the board, I conducted some tests. When a flexible solar panel was connected to the input, the battery indicator module showed that the battery was charging, so the charging circuit should be working properly. However, the issue is that I measured the voltage at the buck converter output under open-circuit conditions and found almost no voltage. I am sure that the VOUT_EN pin is connected to the VSTOR pin. What could be the problem?
