数据手册上说某些寄存器要在Full Access mode模式下，才是可读写的，想问一下，这个模式怎么配置的？一直没找到这个寄存器，还有BQ28400不配置可以工作吗？需要配置哪些寄存器才可以工作？
这个不需要配置，我们出货的芯片都是在full access mode，不同mode之间的转换可以参考TRM p48的图
