  你好！帮忙推荐以下2个设计方案

  1.  12V转-5V一个方案，要求输出电流可以很少不低于200mA就行，但输出纹波要求非常小，最好是低于0.5mV,功耗也希望尽可能地低；

  2.  12V转5V的LDO设计方案，输出电流150mA左右就行，但考虑到有7V的压降，可能对IC的温升是有一个极大影响，也在思考如何处理这个问题。
