如题所示，输入电压+12V，做后要得到+-5V的稳压电源，要求纹波输出尽可能小，因为这里运放的输入信号也是特别小的信号，

主要的思路是先是DC-DC，再用LDO，这里的芯片如何选型，希望各位大神赐教！
