输入27V左右，恒压输出电压0到20V范围，恒流输出0到3A，用DAC可实现输出可调的。

这类应用可以参考经典电路TL494或者SG3524这类芯片实现，内置两个误差放大器，一个用于恒压，一个用于恒流，可以切换，同时可以配合DAC去做数控。谢谢~
