使用LM3485芯片做一个BUCK电路，30V转12v/1A的电源，在短路保护是LM3485芯片烧坏，造成mosFET同时损坏。请问LM3485芯片是否具有短路保护功能？急急急，在线等。
选择合适的PMOS管及Radj电阻，是可以设置逐脉冲限流的，在PDF文档里有详细介绍。
LM3485的短路保护功能是有的，在规格书第7节有讲。
另外，如果是30V转12V，电流只有1A的话，可以用MOSFET集成的LMR14020，简单好用。
