   3. 在使用BQ24296M时，设置截止电压在4.112V的时候，充电确实截止在这个电压，但是40s后,寄存器的截止电压又恢复到4.2V? 请问是什么原因？有个WATCHDOG 默认是40s,跟这个有关系吗？这个40s是指每40S要喂狗一次吗？如果不喂狗，它就会清除寄存器的设置，恢复默认值吗？
