BQ24072 输出out没有4.4v只有0.9v是什么原因

画了一个PCB usb输入5v，测试out只有0.9v。什么原因呢？

并且测试ILIM,ISET和TS输出都是有方波信号输出。

TS接的是10k电阻到地，测试输出是750mv，但是上面有50hz的一个0-750mv，2ms的窄脉冲

现在把使能EN1,EN2接地，选用100ma usb 模式是可以有out4.4v输出的。

只要en2接高选用充电电流可调模式就不行
