请大家推荐一款4.2V锂电池充放电管理的IC，充电电流1000mA Max，放电电流200mA Max。

要求：希望外部5V电源接入系统充电时，既能给锂电池充电，也能给负载供电；当外部5V电源断开时，锂电池能马上给负载供电。
初步看了一下BQ2057C，但这款好像只能充电，不能放电给负载。
