你可以去下载3895的PDF文档，我看了一下，应该是RT电阻决定了SS的充电电流，充电电流I=3/Rt，在SS启动过程中，就是这个电流给SS端电容恒流充电。
软启动的充电电流I=3V/Rt, 软启动时间t=CV/I, C是ss软启动的电容容值，V软启动脚SS的满电压，通常的芯片都是VREF电压，从方框图看是REF充电的，您可以再调试中确认，I即是充电电流。
