按文档资料做好PCB，充电电流设置5A,设置充满电压为25.3V，电池电压为23.2V，输入电压为28V/5A，接好电路，充电电流只有2.2A，采样电阻都为10毫欧，TTC计时脚电压无上升，接上示波器地，充电电流变为3.3A，调节输入电压，充电电流会改变，请问那里会存在问题，
