锂电池的保护板用了BQ3060芯片的经典电路做的保护板,想做一款充电器配套使用.
锂电池规格:4节18650电池串联,BQ3060保护板,,额定电压14.8V,容量2600mAh,标准充电电流500mA,过放电流3A.
充电器要求:线性充电,恒流0.5-1A充电至16.8V,然后恒压充电直至电池充满,充满自动断电,充电器主芯片成本10元人民币以内.
请熟悉芯片的朋友推荐个芯片方案,我在TI的官网上查了很多芯片,成本都超10元了.
