产品使用4节一次性锂电池串联供电，单节电池电压3.6V，4节14.4V，输出3.3V。休眠状态下设备电流50~100uA，启动时电流100mA左右，希望推荐一款降压芯片，能在休眠状态下保持高转换效率，例如TPS62745（但是TPS62745输入电压无法达到14.4V）。
可以看一下TPS562208
TPS562208在14.4V转3.3V时，当输出电流为几十微安时效率只有20~30%，有没有效率更高一点的芯片啊？效率大于50%就可以接受了。
